1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules

In addition to any refund rights provided by law, if you made a purchase directly through our website and the money-back guarantee was presented to you during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

Note for EU Residents

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
